Free wedding checklist

We decided to use SayIDo to create our save the dates and our invites. It was so easy and affordable to do. They even threw in an extension of our subscription due to COVID. When we needed to change our date, it was quick and easy. All of our older guests managed with the website as it is set in such a simple way. The seating plan and the to do list really helped to maintain everything as time went by.

Superb site, easy to use, easy to set up. It has a checklist that you can pretty much just follow it, edit the dates and you have most things covered. Highly recommended for anyone who does not have an idea how they want to run things.

This has got to be one of the best decisions I made when planning for our wedding. The site is so user friendly and having one central point to share information about our big day has made managing and communicating to guests really simple. The to do list is also great to help you stay on track. (These guys have thought of everything) Not only is the site fantastic the customer service is outstanding - really helpful and quick to respond. Amazing wedding website ! We absolutely loved personalizing our page. It was so easy to set up and all our guests found it to be easy to use. You can add photos, entire schedule, love story, absolutely anything. RSVP is so easy to use, your guests just have to advise if they are attending or not attending. You can also customize allergies, personalized questions like for example we had what song would you like to hear on the dance floor. It’s a fun way to get the guests involved in the planning , and they were sooo happy to hear their song playing during the wedding reception ! I would definitely recommend this wedding website !

I had no idea how to create a website for a wedding invite, but doing so with SayIdo was very easy! I struggled aligning some images, but after playing around, I figured it out. Guests could easily RSVP with the link, however, I could not add dietary requirements as an option, unless I paid a fee. That was also not really a problem, because I could create a section on the website for that and asked guests to let me know on WhatsApp if they had any requirements or allergies. The checklist was a great feature and helped me keep on track with planning. I like that you can make a comment at each item. I would recommend this for every couple. Even if you prefer a more advanced website, use SayIdo’s checklist. Once you added your wedding date, it customises the due dates for checklist items to be completed.

I created my website on Say I Do and have really loved it so far. I didn't think I would use their checklist but it's actually been really helpful. I tried a few others and just ended up wasting time on how complicated and annoying they are, but when I got to the say I do one it was easy to do exactly what I wanted

It was really easy to design a website that we loved and then using their checklist made things really streamlined. We have a lot still to go, but for the first time I actually feel like we have it under control 😂 We sent an email to their help and Amanda replied to us almost instantly, and she was really helpful, so 5 stars to her as well!!

This website has been amazing for planning out our wedding and providing information to guests. I love the checklist they provide and how the guest list is organised. It’s very user-friendly. I think the limit of 85 guests on their free plan is quite reasonable also for the other perks the website provides.

Such a handy website for us! To have everyones food choices online was a life saver. The to do list came in handy and the seat planner was also great. I thought the price was very affordable.
