What if I want a refund?

We offer a refund within 7 days, on eligible purchases. Find out more in our help center.

Why isn't Say I do completely free?!

We try to keep everything as affordable as possible, but we need to balance that with running a business. Remember, services that are free without ads can disappear at any time. Think of it as peace of mind.

Are there any extra charges?

No. We manage all your website hosting and everything associated with your account. If you have purchased additional features, they don't expire.

Can I use a Custom Domain name?

Yes. You optionally can purchase a custom domain name for your website for between 1 and 10 years.

What do I do if I have a problem or need help?

You can contact us at any time by clicking the Pink button in the bottom right hand corner of any page, or simply send an email to help@sayi.do

Does my website expire?

Your website will stay active until well after your wedding (at least one year), and we won't delete anything without letting you know first.

Do you offer custom website designs?
