We originally started with a different wedding website which we quickly realised was not meeting our needs. After much research and deliberation we switched to Say I Do and we are so pleased that we did! Easy to use, professional looking. Guests found the process easy. Enabled us to gather menu choices. Only suggestion would be that the confirmation email sent to guests included the menu choices that they had made, but it was not a big deal. Overall we were very happy and would reccomend.

Used the free service and was able to create a website that had everything I needed from a photo wall to digital rsvps to updating part way to add the menu, the I ensured the RSVP section asked people to pop in an email address so I could then take these to email update I found it really simple and easy to use, I was sticking to a budget otherwise I may have upgraded but it suited my needs fully

Say I Do! Is so worth it... It looks good, its easy to use, collates everything into one place. For me i did not want to give my number out to people for RSVPs and have to deal with all the questions. This made our planning process super easy. The QR lead everyone to where they needed to be. Could update when needed and everyone got the information. Wedding was just days ago, was the best investment in our whole wedding process

This is such a nice way to navigate the stress of planning a wedding. The best part is the fact that you can create your online invitations and send it to your guests. It was definitely worthwhile having this part of my wedding process. My fiance (now husband) could also click on the link and we could work simultaneously on our wedding plans and get things done.

With the free version, we were able to have the basic things that we need :) I liked a lot how the website is customized, how u can upload the guest list, check and filter by attendance for example. You can also send an email with invitation card but this was not needed.

Was super easy to set up, create guest lists and other requirements I needed. While I only used the free options it still did everything I needed it too and worked flawlessly.

We enjoyed using this website for our wedding. We found it very user friendly and our guests loved it too. We were able to send invites to all our guests on a very beautiful and customizable template and they were able to confirm their presence and also indicate any food allergies and/or preferences. I would use it again and recommend it to others

We absolutely LOVE this site for all our planning and website hosting for our wedding! It's really nice aesthetically and there's lots of handy features to keep track of things. The RSVP page is really easy to use for guests too. The only improvement I've been asking for is a drag to reorder feature in the seating plan tab. That would make the site even better!

As a person that designs websites for my clients, I found using this platform to be so easy and hassle-free. Allowing me and my now wife to easily make changes, set colours, and even send out the invitations to our family and friends. Who also enjoyed the experience while everything looked professional. Say I do was such a great way to manage everything from invites, to RSVPs, transport to and from the venue, accommodation, and various wedding events. I would recommend this to anyone trying to plan their wedding. We set up dietary requests, who needed seats on the bus, separate invites to different events. I'm not sure I would have managed this as well without Say I do!

I've paid for the top option and it's great for dietaries and if having different events. You can do your invites save the date reminders and updates. Add things like accommodation, your story. Who's in the bridal party and I have a section for baby sitting services

After getting engaged in May 2025 my fiancé and I looked into wedding planning apps. We downloaded this and another but Say I Do was far more supreme due to being able to the guest lists as well as send out save the dates and wedding invites. It also gives you prompts per month leading up to the wedding giving you an idea of what you need to do and complete leading up to your big day. It’s easy to use, self explanatory and the aesthetic is great on the eye! I’d definitely recommend this app/website to anyone who’s planning on getting married!

We decided to use this platform to assist with the preparations and organising our wedding. I can't say how fantastic this platform is. From sending invitations, keeping track of guests replies, their requirements and being able to keep in contact with them. It's a great way to go paperless and it exceeded our expectations You pay a minimal amount to get the basic package but with 80 guests and 20 evening guests, this package was exactly what we required.

We decided to use SayIDo to create our save the dates and our invites. It was so easy and affordable to do. They even threw in an extension of our subscription due to COVID. When we needed to change our date, it was quick and easy. All of our older guests managed with the website as it is set in such a simple way. The seating plan and the to do list really helped to maintain everything as time went by.

A great service from the minute I enquired. It actually seemed they had people working around the clock as they were always so quick to respond when I needed assistance. I’m not great with tech and Say I Do made it all so simple! Recommend them to anyone I know tying the knot. Thanks again!

I'm really happy with it. My webpage is super cute, I've been able to collect all the guest's contact addresses through there, I've made it so guests rsvp online and it keeps track of everything. I've added dietary requirements and song requests to the rsvp too which is super handy. You can send out email announcements and I had a scrolling banner for my covid postponement. And I love that it links to maps when you put in your venue address, and you can put your order of the day online with the your different venues if you're having things in different places. I also like that you can get guests to rsvp to individual events, and they can only see the info for what they're invited to. Overall I'm happy with it and I don't mind paying for the features, because I wouldn't have been able to make a page like that myself.

Really great application and family and friends loved it. I think it has a very well personalised touch due to more info and pictures you can upload. Also having it free up to 80 guests is perfect for small weddings like mines. Highly recommended, saves time and money. Great for guests to view anytime and no hassle trying to find a lost invite few months later. Great for bride and groom to view who has RSVP and who is attending ceremony/reception. You do have to pay if you have more guest but still much cheaper than your stationary and post.

Super easy to use... Fun to play around making the website as they had a whole variety of options/themes to use... Able to make the seating plan was really helpful... The guest list was great but they recently updated it and made a new guest list which I thought was much better and easier to use than the old one... I was able to send the link to guests whose emails I didn't have... I was also able to print the invite and send it to guests who couldn't use the internet... I love how easy it was to send out mass announcements to all my guests!! Would definitely recommend! Thank you! 🤩💛

Really great guide for wedding planning novices. Everything was streamlined using the great facilities this app has to offer. A very modern way to get invites out including the nitty gritty of special requirements. Even though this is an purchasable package it saved so much time, effort and probably more money.

The program was insanely helpful for keeping track of what needs to be done, guest list, etc. Loved having everything in one place.

This is an excellent option for organising a wedding. I loved how I could keep my guests regularly informed. We had to reschedule our wedding twice due to COVID and this site made it so easy to do that. We were also able to make changes to the timeline once we refined the schedule which I found so handy - had we sent out paper invitations that is much harder to do. There are a few minor challenges with the user interface which we were able to navigate around. The new guest list looks great but I had to revert to the old one in order to update RSVP responses as this was the only way to add people to events so they were visible on the schedule. I highly recommend using Say.ido as it’s the perfect event planner/manager!

This interface/service is really exceptional. We were driving our own wedding while working multiple jobs in multiple cities. The comms with our guests and the RSVP service was really remarkable. Didn't need to ask for help from a human until after the wedding and when we did, the response was immediate and great. DEFINITELY recommend using this service.

Really easy to use - we had so many compliments on our website from guests! We struggled with the guest list functions at first but the latest updates have made it so much easier to track - especially if you have multiple events with different guests!

Such a good website. It's got everything that you need to plan a wedding. We used it for our RSVP and invites too. Make it easy to see who has still to reply etc. We upgraded to be able to include Dietary requirements and some more guests, but for the price of sending actual paper invitations, it's well worth it. Only thing is, changing guest party's for example from couple to family, there is probably an easier way but I couldn't find without deleting and re entering details. Other than that minor deti. Having a sayi.do website really helped smooth the RSVP process. It was easier for guests to log onto the website to RSVP rather than send a response in the post. I was able to add questions to the RSVP for guests attending the ceremony to pick their menu options. The support is quick and so helpful Carley H recently saved my life with sorting out a URL issue which meant I didn’t have to reprint all my invites.

It was such a godsend stumbling across ‘say I do’. Like most I was super nervous, anxious, unsure of everything going into the wedding planning but their tools pointed me in the right direction all over the place, their customer support was AMAZING and I’m in love with the website I created on there for my guests to use and RSVP. I didn’t have some of my guest details so I was just able to send a form to a couple of group chats and have it all done. All in all, I highly recommend and you won’t regret using this site.

An amazing website that definitely exceeded our expectations! We can only imagine how much more amazing it would’ve been with the premium version, but the free version was beyond amazing. It offered plenty of features, and we never felt like we were missing out too much. That said, I think the premium version is especially worth it if you’re planning a bigger wedding with more than 85 guests. All in all, we LOVED our wedding page, and so did our guests! I’m so glad I found them. I was able to create a really nice website for my wedding, and send out a QR code to my guests. They also submitted their responses easily and it made things so much easier. I also added some extra questions that I needed to know to the rsvp so it collected all that too I had a hiccup early on but Carley from customer service was prompt, friendly, and straight to the point, so had me back on track in about 4 minutes which is the fastest and best support I’ve ever had. I’m writing this review because I want everyone’s planning to be as streamlined as mine!

It was really easy to design a website that we loved and then using their checklist made things really streamlined. We have a lot still to go, but for the first time I actually feel like we have it under control We sent an email to their help and Amanda replied to us almost instantly, and she was really helpful, so 5 stars to her as well!!

This is a complete package, super easy to make and maintain. While wedding websites are a common place in the European and American parts of the world, I used this to create a a website for an Indian wedding. As grand and large Indian weddings are, it is very important to ensure that your guests and the wedding party are fully aware of the number of guests and their arrivals times (especially in the case of destination wedding) and timings and other details of all the rituals, function and the ceremonies. I am currently using this to collect RSVP and arrival info, send invites, share ceremony details with our guests. Grateful!

My wedding has recently concluded and I have to give a review because getting on Say I Do was a great choice and made things a dream. My partner and I were dreading the horror stories of planning but honestly a good of that (granted, not all) is made loads easier by Say I Do. We didn't use all of their tools. We used the guest list, sent our invites on there (and a few printed ones for the geezers 😂), got our RSVPs and made a seating plan on there. The RSVP system especially because we sent e-invitations out and then didn't have to do a thing and all the responses were just in there waiting for us when we were ready, with meal choices, dietary needs, and some other bits and bobs we added to the RSVP form. All in all, super happy. I don't usually leave reviews but this one was worth it.

Say I do is so easy to use! We could quickly send all the info needed to all our guests, and they could rsvp through the website rather than messaging us - way easier to keep track of! And some beautiful templates. A friend recommended it and we recommend say I do to anyone getting married!

Brilliant wedding planning site. Really helped us sort our guest list out, without the need for loads of bits of paper around the house. The QR code for the invites was great (confused a few of the older guests) but was great to have everything, timings, venue details, accommodation, and links to our charities for our wedding gifts. Would highly recommend, but will not be using the site again now we are happily married!!!!

My wedding has been postponed cancelled and postponed again. I’ve had to send out 2 lots of wedding invitations. This has costed me so much money. My friend saw say I do on a wedding invitation she received a while ago and told me it was so easy for her to use as a guest. So I thought why not, no harm in having a look. As soon as I looked on the website I was sold! The convenience of this website is phenomenal! Easy to book, finding the space was a little confusing as there were a few different car parks in the same place and the app didn't say that the car park was an NCP causing a bit more confusion. No issues other than that and very reasonably priced

This website is very user friendly and the RSVP's work great! I also loved that you can import the guest list from an excel sheet and create groups for the guests who RSVP together. We used the free version to create our wedding invite and it was everything we needed. I would definitely recommend.

Brilliant free website - made our wedding website/invites so easy. We could choose from multiple designs and templates, change the schedule easily and keep adding new sections as we wanted. I also liked how they had the links for different hotels etc already integrated, it gave the accommodation section a nice finish. They also included wedding pot which was a great and easy find for collecting gifts in one place. Would definitely recommend for creating wedding website.

I used the free version of this wedding website and it was great! I could personalise our own website with a theme and photos and add as much or as little information that we required. It was really easy to set up and navigate and all our guests were able to RSVP online with no problem. IDEAL DIGITAL wedding invitation platform. SO HELPFUL and beautiful! I only used like 30% of what the website had to offer and I still loved it! I loved that I could personalise my design and use their templates for inspiration. All the required sections were great: RSVP list (in groups of your choosing too), schedule, gift registry link, locations, ETC.

Easy to use website builder and will make RSVPs and managing guest requirements so much easier. Paid for premium version and really like that you can tailor which parts of the day your guests can RSVP to (e.g if only invited to the evening party). The QR code is also so helpful for linking to the site on our invitations.

Really glad we went with Say I do for our wedding in April. The RSVP was perfect and we even had a couple of compliments from our friends. It was really easy to set up and get going, and the support team was super helpful. Well worth the money.

My bridesmaids are SOO jealous that I found Say I Do and they didn't when they were planning their wedding. It's been amazingly helpful for guests to RSVP, and for me to keep up with them, sending them updates on things they need to know I even got in touch with their support team, knowing I'd screwed something up outside of their app, and they even helped me solve that... saving me about $300 in that alone. That's not counting the savings I have made on all the different stationery suite things I haven't had to get printed I highly recommend using them, they are so helpful!

Say I Do has made it super easy to create my own wedding website! Because I have a small wedding with a small guest list their FREE package worked for me. However if I did have a large wedding guest list I would have certainly paid for one of the other packages to accommodate my needs.

I emailed the help team to raise a bug that i have found regarding the direction links, very small but quite noticeable (to me anyway). This website was easy to set up and was handy to send out messages to your guests especially during covid when we needed to send out quick updates. It made RSVP'ing and dietry requirements easy to keep track of. The only negative Is that some of the messages went to the guests spam folder so you need to be checking in with the guests to see if they received the save the dates etc

I made the decision to add digital RSVPs and it was the best decision. The process was simple and easy to use. The company who made our invites were able to add the QR code and I liked being able to adjust the questions asked to our guests based on what we needed. It was exciting getting an email each time someone responded! I didn’t really use any of the other functionality but can see it would have been handy if I’d started using it from the start of the planning process not just at the end. The website design process was really easy and there’s lots of great options. We were able to match our invite colours to those chosen for the website.

I had no idea how to create a website for a wedding invite, but doing so with SayIdo was very easy! I struggled aligning some images, but after playing around, I figured it out. Guests could easily RSVP with the link, however, I could not add dietary requirements as an option, unless I paid a fee. That was also not really a problem, because I could create a section on the website for that and asked guests to let me know on WhatsApp if they had any requirements or allergies The checklist was a great feature and helped me keep on track with planning. I like that you can make a comment at each item I would recommend this for every couple. Even if you prefer a more advanced website, use SayIdo’s checklist. Once you added your wedding date, it customises the due dates for checklist items to be completed.

I felt the customisation features were excellent and it allowed us to make our website feel very cohesive and tailored to our personal style. The ability to add external links for local accommodation as well as a gallery were great! The RSVP function is spectacular and made collating menu choices for our place cards a breeze! You can see your guests’ choices very easily and search by categories. The ability to also add custom questions was essential for us (does this child require a high chair, song request etc!). You can add photos, entire schedule, love story, absolutely anything. RSVP is so easy to use, your guests just have to advise if they are attending or not attending. You can also customize allergies, personalized questions like for example we had what song would you like to hear on the dance floor. Easy to use system especially if you are planning early and are a bit dynamic with your changes. I found the question section especially helpful to my guests (you think of every question they may have eg accommodation or transport check in time) this meant I wasnt answering the same questions over and over. I didn’t pay for any of the additional services but I think the table plan would have been extremely helpful as it was difficult to do by myself.

The website was great for everything for our wedding. I could change things along the way on our website. The to do list helped with planning, the seating plan was great to organise the tables. Invitations were great. The week prior to the wedding I sent another announcement making sure everyone new the details of where to go and it was really helpful.

My guest list and website were super easy to setup, and I was able to save loads of money using their save the dates and invitations. I plan on using their thank you cards as well (after the wedding). It's well worth the upgrade, but you really don't need to. The free version is good too, but I want to support the company that's making it, it also allowed me to add different events that only some guests could see which was very handy. The designs were really nice, I would have liked to have a tad more customization on there but I made do.. I probably would have gone overboard and ruined it anyway. I'd happily recommend this site to DIY brides and grooms out there!

Very easy website to create and send out to guests. Guests liked how easy it was to use and to refer back to as the event got close. Very easy to manage and to be able to send an email out to all guests with any updates was great. Recommend.

Tried various different internet companies to create a wedding website for family and friends to access. I found most of them were too complicated to use, or didn’t offer many design options. Sayi.do was by far the simplest to use and easiest to navigate. I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough, the basic option is free, but if you want a few more add-on options it’s really cost effective, especially in comparison to other companies that offer the same service. Overall my partner and I are really pleased with the design layout, available options (such as the ability to add photos or additional sections to the webpage) and overall ease of use - I’ve even managed to do most of the the work on a mobile phone! Would most definitely recommend this company to other couples, especially those looking for a user friendly wedding website. Literally can’t fault it - 10/10

Say I do was a great site for us to send our wedding invites and keep track of the RSVPs and organize the seating chart and guest contact info. Fairly user friendly once I learned where everything was and all of the functionality. The wedding website was a nice touch too.

Initially, we had a great experience, easy to set up. Easy to manage RSVP's etc. Design matched our theme perfectly. Then, we were very pleased that it was so easy to edit new date when our wedding was postponed due to Corona. Invites and website was so much easier to edit than physical invites would have been. All guests were easily informed about changes within a few minutes!

I had fun planning my wedding with the I do website. My guest found it easy to navigate through the website and rsvp on time. I really love all the features available. If I were to marry again I would not hesitate to use this website again. I highly recommend.

We're quite happy with the service. It's nice, affordable and the customer service is very responsive and helpful. It is not the fanciest website platform we found but it is excellent value and we can't complain. Maybe if there were more websites designs (I think they add new ones occasionally). Another thing that would be nice would be making more designs available for physical invite printing.

It has been a great help using say I do. Super helpful and my husbands bestman is even using it as well now. It probably saved me a whole week worth of work, and during that time it’s really appreciated! When I emailed their support about a question I had they were quick and responsive. Only thing is I wish it was free but it was well worth it 😂

The website gives all the necessary functions. The different website styles are a bit limited but there are still very nice options. I love the big pictures between sections! The banner at the top informing people about changes was very useful in these times of COVID.

SayIDo was so easy to use. Kept everything organised and in one place. Was recommended to us and I will recommend to anyone else. We used an upgraded version to utilise the QR code and make table lists. a great site.

This website has been amazing for planning out our wedding and providing information to guests. I love the checklist they provide and how the guest list is organised. It’s very user-friendly. I think the limit of 85 guests on their free plan is quite reasonable also for the other perks the website provides.

I am so happy I found them for save the dates and invites. It saved me about $650 in the end, and I couldn't be happier. WAY worth the small price. I was a bit hesitant about sending digital save the dates but SO glad I did. If you're considering it too – I say definitely give it a try. And a lot of my friends have said they prefer it to the printed ones, so my fears are gone now and I am all-in on digital invites. It's fairly easy to create a design on here and once you do it seems to apply it to everything which I found really handy, but you may not like that if you want everything to look different.

Such a handy website for us! To have everyones food choices online was a life saver. The to do list came in handy and the seat planner was also great. I thought the price was very affordable.
