Does my account expire?

Your account will stay active until 90 days after your wedding, at which point we will email you to let you know that your account is expiring. If it's too soon to say goodbye to your creation, we just ask that you sign in every 30 days to keep it active.

Are there any extra charges?

No. We manage all your website hosting and everything associated with your account. If you have purchased additional features, they don't expire. Optional domain name upgrades are purchased for a fixed timeframe.

Can I test it before I pay?

Of course! In fact, we encourage it. Try it out, see if it's right for you and if you want any of the paid upgrades, if not, save your cash for the honeymoon.

Can I use a Custom Domain name?

Yes. You optionally can purchase a custom domain name for your website for between 1 and 10 years.

Why isn't Say I do completely free?!

We try to keep everything as affordable as possible, whilst still being able to provide you with a reliable service. We charge up front and are transparent about that so we don't need to do shady things like selling your data without you knowing.

What do you do with my/my guests personal data?

We never sell, give away, do deals for, or otherwise share the personal data of you or your guests. We wouldn't like if you did that to us, so we will never do it to you.

Do you offer [something else]?

Maybe. Maybe not. But it doesn't hurt to ask. We are releasing new things all the time, so who knows, it might be right around the corner! Email with your question.

What if I want a refund?

Of course! We offer a full refund within 14 days if you no longer wish to use Say I do, eligible on all purchases except domain names.
