Emma and Craig

A Green, White + Pink Picturesque Tuscan Wedding

Emma and Craig chose to have their ceremony in Monteriggioni Church followed by a beautiful reception in Borgo Stomennano which is pretty much the most beautiful place I have ever seen in my life.

The overall colour scheme for the day was white, pink and green which matched beautifully with the incredibly amazing, lush green backdrop of the venue. There is nothing quite like the scenic rolling hills of Tuscany and having just recently visited the region pre-pandemic, I really can’t imagine a more romantic and picturesque place to get married. It’s literally like a landscape out of a fairytale. I love every single decorative element from this wedding – the long rectangular tables stacked with candelabras and flowers by La Rosa Canina, the amazing rustic feel of the venue in the background, the beautiful greenery that surrounded the reception. Everything is just totally perfect, soft and romantic.

Emma wore a stunning wedding dress from Pallas Couture which she accessorized brilliantly with some killer Jimmy Choo shoes and jewelry from Samantha Willis while Craig looked dashig in his Montagio suit. The whole day was captured beautifully by Jules Photography.

Advice from the Bride:

Have the wedding you want, everything about your day should be about you as a couple and the life you have had together and the journey that awaits you. We enjoyed everything about our wedding and wouldn’t change anything about the lead up, our day and the entire journey! A wedding planner – amazing, having her from the very start and right to the end of the reception, she did everything and having her there right beside us on the day translating to our vendors and looking after everything we wanted. Both Craig and I wanted to have an intimate wedding in Tuscany with our close friends & immediate families, we wanted to be able to have a wedding with fine food & wine and put on an amazing event. As I am a wedding floral designer in Sydney, it was great to be able to sit on the side line and create a vision and let the experts in Italy shine. I wanted to create a sophisticated chic style, yet hold onto the Italian wedding traditions.

What followed was a spectacular wedding in Tuscany shared with 40 friends and family.
