The Amfora Hvar Grand Beach Resort is probably the biggest resort in the town of Hvar. It has many different types of rooms available and it has a fantastic pool area, with slides and fountains which is ideal for families. More importantly it also has a swim up pool bar. We will stay bed and breakfast here, as the breakfast is delicious with lots of options available, but there are so many amazing restaurants and bars in Hvar, that it really is worth eating out for lunch/dinner. Some recommendations based on our experience is included below - Palace Elizabeth Hvar Heritage Hotel – part of the Suncani hotels, this is a luxury boutique hotel, which overlooks the beautiful marina and is a short 10-15 minute walk to the venue. A 15-20 minute walk to the venue, but right in the main area of the Old Town. A 10 minute walk to the venue. This hotel is next door to the Amfora, however it is roughly a 10 minute walk to the venue and due to it being located slightly further up the hill has a steeper walk.
