A deposit is paid on booking. This fee includes preparation of the Notice of Intended Marriage form. If the ceremony is cancelled after the Notice of Intended Marriage form has been completed, this fee is not refundable. The balance of your account plus the cost of travel is due two months prior to the date of the ceremony. If the ceremony is cancelled after this time, any refund will be at the sole discretion of Andy on a case by case basis.
