My cancellation and refund policy are in the line of other celebrants. On booking and submission of your Notice of Intended Marriage(NOIM) a 50% non-refundable fee is payable. Your ceremony is ONLY booked on Lodgement of your NOIM and payment of the non-refundable deposit. The remainder of your payment o payable four (4) weeks before your ceremony. Cancellations more than four weeks before your ceremony you will not be charged the remainder of the fee. You are liable to pay the full fee for all cancellations within four (4) weeks of your ceremony. Changes during COVID-19, I work with couples to secure an alternative date where at all possible.
