Laura & Stephanie

In 2016, on the steps of the Ottawa Jail Hostel, we forged a friendship that would eventually grow into a strong relationship of love, laughter and respect. With our unique and adventurous spirits, we travelled across countries and oceans making memories and, more importantly, friendships. In 2021, Laura surprised everyone by being the one to get down on one knee in the Clark living room and Stephanie surprised no one by saying yes. As we move into this next chapter laughing, we are delighted to share this celebration with the friends and family who have so greatly impacted our lives.

From Dublin/The West ( Dublin Airport ) ( driving time 1 hour ) - Take the M50 south bound (for Naas, Kildare) - Come off the M50 for Naas, Kildare, the South - N7 South - Exit the N7 at junction 11 for the M9 southbound . - Road Signs will direct you towards Waterford / Carlow / Kilkenny. - Exit at Junction 3. - Take a left coming off the ramp at roundabout for the R747 Baltinglass. - At the next T junction take a left onto the R448 for Crookstown. - Pass Crookstown service station and take the next right for Dunlavin , 3km to Rathsallagh From South Dublin ( Dunlaoghaire) ( driving time 1 hour ) - Take the R113 to the M50 and exit for Tallaght taking the N81 ( South ) to Blessington - Go straight through Blessington on the Baltinglass road, follow this road for about Six miles to Hollywood Cross and take a right to Dunlavin. . Toughers Petrol Station, and signs for Wicklow Gap on the left . - In Dunlavin village, past the Court House in the center of the street, make a right turn out of the village for Rathsallagh. Entrance to Rathsallagh is 3 miles from village on left.

The most important thing to us is that you are able to celebrate with us on our wedding day. However, if you wish to give a gift, we will gratefully accept a small contribution towards our honeymoon.

As much as we adore the little ones in our lives, we are unable to invite children to our wedding. We hope that the advance notice means you are still able to attend.

We will be offering two menus for the evening, a vegetarian option and a meat option. Please see the menus below: Starter: (V) Tower of Grilled Vegetables with Polenta Cake Parsley & Citrus Salsa Confit of Pork Shoulder in Panko Crust, served with Celeriac Remoulade, Apple, Verjus & Grape Dressing. Main: (V) Shallot Pea Ravioli with Lemon Olive Oil, Asparagus, Mint & Vegan Parmesan Braised Lamb Shank with Colcannon, Roasted Root Vegetables and Rosemary Jus Grilled Fillet of Sea Bass with Andalusian Tomato Sauce, Broccolini with Herb & Lemon Oil, Smoked Almonds and Creamed Potatoes Dessert: Vanilla Crème Brulée with Sablé Biscuits or White Chocolate Mousse with Strawberries, fresh cream and an Almond Crumble
