The Best Man Scott, a lifelong friend who Simon met on the first day of Secondary School, 26 years ago. A shared interest in sports and many hours on a football pitch in their younger years, which grew into holidays, nights out and festivals cemented a very long-lasting friendship. No matter how far apart life has taken them, they have always remained best friends. Scott has great sense of humour, loves a night out and has always been there for Simon. We’re so excited that Scott and Abbie have now moved to Faversham, as we will get to spend a lot more time with them. A great person to have around and it means the world to have Scott stood next to Simon on the Big Day.

Jess & Vicks go way back to 1990 and make up half of the ‘Quad Squad’ alongside Rich & Wills. Also known as the Owen family Cross Fit Champion, in her spare time from serving with the RAF, Vicks can often be found in her local Gym or taking part in Ultra Marathons, fuelled by coffee & snacks! Vicks & Simon share a love of Chocolate and she has been known to send us epic parcels over the years, containing all of our favourite things! Vicks’ sense of humour & infectious laugh are just a few of the things that we love most about her, alongside her generosity and want for helping others.

Simon was introduced to James through Jess who has known James since she was 19 Years old. Jess and James have shared many nights out, dinners, the odd bottle of red wine and have always had a close relationship. Simon met James in London before a weekend away in Wales which has since become a regular trip as group. James and Joe always make effort to see us and we have all spent plenty of time together often over a beer or a bottle of prosecco, to either to break up an activity, before dinner or just because we should. James is such a great person who is always so thoughtful and fun to be around.

Jess & Emma met at Bedford High School 23 years ago and have been close friends ever since. A number of Holidays have been enjoyed together as well as many a night out, especially during our younger 'London Years' where the phrase 'One for the Road' became a regular occurrence! Emma has forged an impressive career in Finance, all whilst raising her beautiful son Ethan alongside her Husband Matt. Emma knows Jess inside out and is always there with such kind & sound advice. She knows exactly what to say no matter the situation & we would be lost without her!

Simon and Jon were brought together during University whilst working at B&Q 14 years ago. A year spent as flatmates, a trip to Las Vegas, a shared interest in Football, particularly Manchester United & all things Sport, Movies, and many nights out, turned into a long-lasting friendship. Jon and Simon are likeminded and always makes time to see one another. Jon’s quick-witted personality and sense of humour means he is always fun to have around. Jon will be going through this again in 2025 but he will be centre stage when he marries his Fiancée Melissa.

Jess & Sarah met circa 2009, whilst working at New Look where a shared love for Puppies & Prosecco began! Sarah can always be relied upon to bring the fun to the party as well as being the most wonderful friend to Jess over the years. She provides humour & kindness in abundance, for which we are so grateful. Sarah also knows a thing or two about the Fashion & Beauty Industry and is always on hand with the latest hints & tips! Sarah & Stephen are now practically neighbours having also moved to Kent, meaning we get to enjoy more time together as well as lovely dog walks with Bruce & Freddie.

Simon and Dan met through Jon during a Pub Quiz 14 years ago. Many nights in the pub before Dan was inevitably called back to work in London followed, not that this ever-stopped Dan from being there. Dan can always be relied upon to bring fun and laughs to any situation. Dan and Kat may live in Reading, but we always make effort to visit one another, and Freddie is always grateful for all of the treats and lick mats provided when he visits. These kept him entertained whilst Jess and Simon attended Church in the lead up to the Wedding.

Jess & Emma have been friends for almost 20 years where a shared love of Horse Riding began. This resulted in Jess & Em spending every Sunday at the Stables together, come rain or shine! Em lives with her Husband Craig and two beautiful children, Isla & Ronnie and also happens to be a very talented Hairdresser who has helped disguise Jess’ ever increasing greys over the years! Em's calming nature has proved invaluable whilst navigating our teens, 20's & now 30's together! Em's smile and kindness brightens every room, and we are so lucky to have her in our lives.
