We have set aside 20 rooms at the Comfort Inn in Newmarket at a rate of $155 a night (the Comfort Inn link can be found below) under the group name "Dyer/Herrema". These rooms will be held until July 20th, after the 20th the group rate will still apply, but there is no guarantee that a room will be available. An additional 15 rooms have been set aside at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Aurora at a rate ranging from $219 - $260+tax a night (the Holiday Inn Express & Suites link can be found below).
