After consulting our star charts (i.e., looking at hotels on Google), it’s difficult to recommend any place to stay that is one-size-fits-all, partly because there are no large hotels right next to our venue and because some visitors will want to explore the city their own way. To cover all comers, we’ve come to a few different recommendations — read the four options below and decide which one best applies to you:

A true LA neighborhood experience? To wake up and get an extremely overpriced coffee before the wedding? To not drive in LA at all (not even a little) and are planning on ubering everywhere?

Pure convenience? To fly into Burbank, drive to the hotel, and be 10-15 minutes away from the venue (Grace E. Simons Lodge) at all times without worrying about a thing? If so: Recommendation: Reserve a room at Hyatt Place Glendale — you can reserve a room here and we have a small block of rooms set aside for our guests (please book early).

Something a little more casual but still in the neighborhood and/or near the action of Sunset Blvd? If so: Recommendation: Stay at the Dixie Hollywood Hotel, which is in a very convenient location next to some of LA’s best Thai restaurants (no block set aside here though, so please book early).
