Our Love Story
Some of you may not already know this, but……… Nicky and Alan first met a long time ago. They met at Aintree Races and after a little spark decided to go on a date. After a few fun-filled dates, they both felt that the timing just wasn’t right, and they both agreed to go their separate ways.
Then, to their surprise, in July 2022 they matched on a dating app!!! After exchanging a few messages and numerous cute conversations on the phone – they realised the original spark was still there and neither of them wanted to let this feeling pass them by. Good old Alan then offered to pick Nicky up from her friend's wedding and treated her to a classic McDonald's treat. They chatted away and belly-laughed all night. Needless to say, following a few more dates they were completely smitten. On the 4th of August, they made it official and have been inseparable ever since. After a few months, Alan was introduced to the girls, Ivy and Rosa, who instantly clicked with him and loved him as much as Nicky did. This then sealed the deal and catapulted their relationship to the next level. With the girl's love and adoration for Alan, it was only natural to take the next step – Alan packed his things and moved in. All under one roof, their relationship was like a fairytale and life was looking perfect! Then, after just 11 months of love, fun and happiness Alan took Nicky to where it all first started. He arranged a special surprise back at Aintree Races where they had first met all those years ago and kneeling in front of her with the most beautiful ring, he asked her to be his wife……… Obviously,
