Our Story
One cold October evening back in 2015, Adam & Indie were both on nights out with their friends. As the night drew to a close, both groups, unbeknown to the other, made their way to KFC to get their end of a night out grease fix.. Adam (with a lot of Dutch courage!) made the first move as they awaited their bargain buckets. A few mini golf, Christmas market & coffee dates and one interesting bowling date (thanks Alex!) followed, and as they say... the rest is history!
A bit of background information
We are planning a festival wedding, and have the site and accommodation booked from Friday-Monday (although you are more than welcome to leave on the Sunday as long as you're fit to drive!).
The site has proper showers and toilets, and also a small honesty shop for any essentials you may have forgotten!
We are providing food for dinner on Friday, all day Saturday & all day Sunday.
Breakfast for the weekend will be bacon/sausages/eggs cooked on the BBQ. Dinner on Friday night will be a hog roast, Saturday is an Italian themed menu and food on Sunday will be a BBQ. You are more than welcome to bring some Pizzas with you to be cooked in the sites wood fired pizza oven. Please let us know with your RSVP of any dietary requirements and we will accommodate.
There will also be a variety of snacks availible if you find yourself hungry throughout the weekend, although if there is something specific you would like then please either reach out to us and let us know, or you are more than welcome to bring anything with you.

For those staying in the pre-existing glamping accommodation, please bring with you:

If you are staying in the bell tents, what you need to bring with you will be dependent on which type of tent you book.
If you are staying in the "Naked Belle", you will need to bring with you
-Bedding (duvets, pillows, blankets etc.)
-An air bed (or similar)
-Towels
-Toiletries
If you are staying in any of the other "Belle" tents, then beds & bedding are provided. You will need to also bring:

-Toiletries
For those planning on booking the tent accommodation, you must do so by 1st June 2023 (3 weeks before the wedding).
All accommodation (tent or pre-existing glamping units) is booked Friday-Monday, so the cost will be the same regardless of how long you stay.
There are several hot tubs available on site, these are located outside the pre-existing glamping accommodation on site but are available for anyone to use. Please remember to bring your swimming costumes or speedos if you're feeling brave!
There will be a 'get ready' tent available which will have mirrors to do your hair/make up, and plugs for heated hair tools/ clothes irons. There will also be a clothes rail where you can hang your outfit as well if you need to.
Whilst there will be power on site, not every accommodation will have a dedicated power supply. We would recommend you bring a battery pack to charge your mobile phone if you have one already.
Alcohol
Due to our venue not being a conventional wedding venue, the venue does not have a license to sell alcohol. We have made the decision to not use a bar company, but to do the drinks ourselves.
For the Friday evening, we ask that you bring enough drink for yourself, with a little extra to share and add to the party pile.
On Saturday, there will be a open bar which we have stocked, and we would ask that anything that is leftover from the Friday night can be added to the bar for the Saturday evening.
We will be providing the wine for the wedding breakfast, and will also be stocking the bar with a variety of gins & rums, with other drinks also available. There will also be a selection of soft drinks and mixers available to add to an alcoholic beverage or to be enjoyed as a non-alcoholic drink.
There will be a bartender serving the drinks for the majority of the day & evening on Saturday, but once they have hung up their bow tie for the evening then you would be more than welcome to help yourself to anything you can find behind the bar!
If there is a specific wine/drink you would like to accompany your meal or to have in the evening, then you are more than welcome to bring this with you or let us know your request and we can arrange!
