Our Story
It all started with a simple swipe to the right. Lauren was in the Netherlands on a one-month placement and Ben happened to be online at the right time. Sold by his brooding pose, dark sense of humour and dislike of cheese (really? Are you sure he is Dutch?) Lauren fell for Ben, and Ben had finally found his punk rock princess.
They decided to give long distance a try, weekends spent among the tulips and in the seven hills of Sheffield, and in August of 2016 Lauren packed her life into two suitcases and joined Ben to begin their new chapter. Years later, a new house, plenty of holidays, two fur babies, and a campervan, Ben thought it was time to get down on one knee...and Lauren said F**k! Finally! Yes!
