Our Love Story
Emily and Jake met on Tinder in May 2019 and went on their first date in June. The next day, Emily moved to Portugal, but Jake wasn't going to let that stop him! Shortly after, he visited for a long weekend and Emily knew this was the start of a true fairy-tale romance.
After just 5 months in Portugal, Emily moved back to be with Jake, who was fast becoming the love of her life. Just before Lockdown 2020 hit, they moved in together and bought their first dog!
Before they knew it, weeks rolled into months, then months rolled into years. In August 2022, Jake got down on one knee whilst on holiday in Zambia… and Emily said yes!
Now, on the eve of their 5th anniversary, Emily and Jake will celebrate the start of their next adventure, with the company of their son, Rowan!
