Don't Forget
A few reminders
PASSPORTS
Make sure that your passport is not within 6 months of expiry at the time of your trip. Renew it early if you'll be cutting it close!
ETIAS Form + Visa Requirement
The EU is set to implement a new visitor information requirement in early 2024. Stay tuned!
OUTLETS
Remember to pack a US to France outlet adapter. Below is a link to a great one Eliz always packs.
In rental cars we've had, the charging port has been a USB-C connection.
HAIR TOOLS
The hotels have hair dryers. But, don't forget that other US heat tools will (usually) not work in France. The US runs on 110 voltage, whereas in France it is 220-240 voltage. That means that most American blow dryers, curling irons, electric shavers, etc. will not work in France without a voltage converter. Amazon has some great, inexpensive dual-voltage options (example linked below).
