Our Love Story
Duncan and Katherine met in the busy hallways of their high school in 2017. Their chance encounter led to a connection that blossomed into a deep and enduring love.
From the early days of their relationship, they grew not only as a couple but also as the best of friends. Together, they navigated the highs and lows that life threw their way, emerging stronger and more in love with each challenge.
On the 18th of November 2023, Duncan sealed their commitment to one another by proposing to Katherine, and she joyfully accepted. Now, eagerly anticipating their journey into marital bliss, the couple is set to exchange vows on the 30th of November 2024 in the beautiful Wakkerstroom situated in Mpumalanga, South Africa.

Activities at Wetlands Game Lodge
Our beautiful wedding venue is nestled between the majestic wetlands mountains and halfway between Gauteng and the Midlands.
A variety of game, bird and plant life with diverse landscapes of grasslands and wetlands can be seen on a game drive, quad bike adventure or just by taking a stroll through the lodge.
Their other activities include horseback riding, hiking, birding, and fly-fishing.
