About the role
We’re a lean, founder-led product company looking for a hands-on designer to own end-to-end product design and raise the bar across the experience. You’ll work directly with PM and engineering, shaping problems, shipping fast, and iterating with data.
What you'll do
Lead discovery: interviews, journey mapping, opportunity framing, rapid prototypes.
Design end-to-end flows: IA, interaction, visual/UI, responsive layouts.
Create and maintain our design system (tokens, components) with accessibility baked in.
Write clear interface copy and microcopy; uphold content and UX writing patterns.
Partner on experiments: define success metrics, design variants, read results.
Ship in thin slices with engineers; instrument features and refine post-launch.
What we're looking for
A strong portfolio of shipped product work across web/mobile.
Depth in both interaction and visual design; comfort with Figma and modern prototyping.
Practical understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and design systems.
Ability to run lightweight research and turn insights into decisive design.
Clear communication, bias to action, and comfort owning outcomes.
