Once upon a time in a land not so far away there was a Punjabi boy who met a Fijian girl and they became friends. He an introvert- quiet and shy, she an extrovert, loud and dramatic; with similar tastes and thoughts yet different interests and a love hate frenemy-ship over the years… Fast forward to 11 years later, on a beautiful Melbourne summer night, cupid finally hit its target and they fell deeply in love. He lived in Darwin, she in Melbourne, how would this work? Oh that’s right, he packed up and moved without a thought! And the rest was history. Over time, she has learnt Hindi, Punjabi and patience; he has learnt to love Shah Rukh Khan, Disney, Kava and 'TAKI' (Fijian shots). Coming from different worlds, there hasn’t been a dull day teaching and learning from each other, sharing our cultures, food, history, experiences and making new memories, very quickly they realised that they complete each other and its time to share our happiness with our loved ones. ....and Rambo approves!!!
