Are Children invited?
We are very sorry but we are unable to extend the invite to children, we hope you understand and can still join us on our special day.
Can I bring a plus one?
All invites are addressed to invited guests and we're unable to accommodate additional attendees.
What is the Dress Code?
Friday night: Casual, please wear whatever you are comfortable in
Saturday: Formal wedding wear, dress to impress but please save white for the bride
What should I bring?
Please bring comfy shoes as all guests will be making a short walk to the Church on the wedding day which is approximately 10 minutes away.
We are praying for dry weather but please bring an umbrella incase it does rain.
Is it okay to take pictures during the wedding?
Our ceremony is unplugged so please no phones or cameras in the Church. Outside of the Church, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like.
Shall I bring Confetti?
No, we will be supplying the confetti on the wedding day.
Will there be a paid bar?
There will be a paid bar open for the evening of the wedding reception, it takes both cash and card (Amex isn't accepted). A selection of drinks will be supplied by us on the Friday night and for the rest of the wedding day.
What time is check in and check out?
If you are staying onsite, check in is from 3pm on Friday 20th September and check out is 12pm on Sunday 22nd September.
What amenities are included in the rooms on site?
Each room is equipped with towels, toiletries, a hair dryer as well as access to iron and ironing board.
There will be a breakfast hamper (and a kitchen to cook it in!) but please feel free to bring any other snacks and drinks for your accommodation.
Is there parking available at the castle?
There is plenty of parking space at the castle. For guests staying onsite, a member of staff will direct you to the carpark closest to your accommodation when you arrive. For those not staying onsite, you will be able to park in the carpark closest to the Castle.
