We do ask for a small non refundable booking fee to secure our services. This is to cover the expenses of taking the vehicle off the market so no one else can book it, and to cover the administrative cost and overheads of running the business, such as emails, confirmation letters, booking sheets and terms and conditions. Whilst this is non refundable, we have on occasions offered a full refund. Each situation is look at individually, and we make a decision that we think is fair and reasonable.
