Terms and Conditions Booking fee is to be paid within 7 days to secure your chosen wedding date and before ceremony preparations can begin (this is included in the total ceremony fee). Balance to be paid no later than 60 days prior to agreed ceremony date Payment of the booking fee will confirm agreement to all terms and conditions herein. All Government directives MUST be adhered to and are subject to change. Cancellation/Rebooking Cancellation MUST be done in writing. Rebooking for any reason MUST be done in writing and the new date to be within 6 months of original date booked or the ceremony may need to be re-quoted. The new date must be agreed to, in writing, by both parties, due to celebrant availability. If cancelled more than 30 days prior to your wedding date, 50% of your total monies paid, less booking fee, will be refunded. If you cancel your ceremony after final payment and less than 30 days prior to your wedding ceremony, no monies will be refunded. In the event that this ceremony must be cancelled and re-booked - due to a Government directive, then another date will have to be considered and agreed to in writing with above terms and conditions in place.
