Payment of a non-refundable fee (Booking Fee) is required to reserve the date and time. The balance of the agreed amount is payable at least two weeks prior to the wedding date. If notice of cancellation is given by the customer to Mary Fieldhouse within fourteen days of the wedding date, Mary Fieldhouse reserves the right to charge the customer the amount of this agreement. If the wedding is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances Mary Fieldhouse will retain the booking fee or transfer it to future date if practical.
