Booking/Lodgement Fee of $150 is not refundable. Where a fee has been paid in full, and the marriage is not solemnised by Kim-Maree Summers (“Kim”) on the day recorded, then where a notice of cancellation of the marriage is given to Kim by the Parties not less than 30 days before that day, Kim shall refund the portion of fee which have been paid in clear funds. In any other situation, Kim may refund the amount paid or part of the amount paid at her discretion. Notice of Cancellation must be given in writing.
