As expats living in London, they've spent the last few years gallivanting around the UK and Europe. Exploring new places, savoring delicious food, and building a life together—while still finding time to continue growing in their careers. Nathan knew Rachael was the one and sought the blessings of her father, Steve, before joining forces with her close friends, Emma Segal and Annmarie Fearing, to select the perfect ring. With plans set in motion, off they flew to the land of kiwis, sheep, and adventure—New Zealand! Rachael had no clue what was about to hit her. On the big day, Rachael was all geared up for a hike, sports bra, tennis shoes and not a single drop of makeup. Unbeknownst to her, Nathan was plotting a surprise of epic proportions! Only a lucky few were in on this top-secret operation. Amidst the breathtaking beauty of Mount Paku in Tairua, Nathan got down on one knee and proposed, making Rachael's first trip to New Zealand even more memorable.
