Allie & Corey

Allie and Corey met at Loving's Moon in October 2021 in her small home town of Garden City, Kansas while he was in town for his friends wedding. Allie nervously introduced herself after a friend *accidentally* gave her a little nudge, literally causing her to fall into Corey. The following night, Allie and Corey were alone on the patio at the wedding reception, slow dancing to the soft music that was muffled through the glass, when Corey spun her around and her mother's ring went flying off the balcony! By nothing short of a miracle, Corey found the ring after lots of dedicated searching. He romantically placed it back on Allie's left hand, and that was the exact moment she knew they were going to get married one day. On Corey’s drive back home to Wisconsin, he called Allie to keep him company, which lead to them talking for eight hours before falling asleep on the phone together. After that, Corey would call her every evening and they would stay on the phone for hours talking about everything under the sun. They simply couldn’t get enough each other. The two of them conquered long distance while Allie finished nursing school. As soon as she took her final exam, Corey was waiting at her house with a U-haul truck ready to move her to Wisconsin! A year later, Allie and Corey were taking a sunset walk on the beach in Florida (her favorite place) a few days before her birthday. They were looking for seashells when they both found one they wanted to show each other. Corey had placed the engagement ring into his shell and got down on one knee amongst the waves when he asked Allie to spend forever with him. This January, Allie and Corey's love for each other grew even more as they brought their first baby, Isabel Rose, into the world. Although Isabel was not able to stay, she is carried in their hearts forever. Isabel was their greatest blessing and will forever be the missing piece in their family.
