Wedding Party
Meet our lovely family and friends who will be by our side on the big day!
Shelby
Matron of Honor & Officiant The most supportive sister anyone could ask for. She is always there with a laugh, a shoulder to cry on, and an ice cold Dr. Pepper. They are the best friends. In fact, Allie and Shelby are are so close that they often dream of buying a family combine so they can live next door to each other!
Leah
Bridesmaid Leah is Corey's oldest sister, who has always been a constant source of love and support. She helped facilitate wonderful care for baby Isabel and they are forever grateful for her impact. We are overjoyed to have her stand by our side on our wedding day.
Sara
Bridesmaid Sara is Corey's youngest sister, and an all-around amazing human. She brings light and laughter to every occasion, and brings sweet treats! We are thrilled to have her celebrate this next chapter with us.
Rylee
Bridesmaid "Two peas in a pod". Rylee and Allie met while in nursing school at GCCC and have been inseparable ever since their first study date. Whether it be a dive bar or a concert, they bring the life to the party when they are together.
Jayden
Bridesmaid Allie met Jayden in 2020 after bonding over her new basset hound puppy, Wilber. They quickly developed a strong friendship filled with dog park dates, dog spa days, and dog birthday parties (party hats included!)
Sarah
Bridesmaid Allie was lucky enough to be Sarah's preceptor while working on Unit 51 at The University of Kansas Health System in 2019. They bonded over their love for Kansas CIty Chiefs Football and the rest is history.
Nich
Best Man Corey and Nich met in the 3rd grade. As they were growing up together, they could often be found digging through Nich's grandpas scrap yard, looking for trouble as brothers do! Even after all these years, when they get together, they laugh and cause mischief like they were kids again.
Adam
Groomsman Corey met Adam in 2014 while attending Ferrum College in Virginia. Even though Adam broke Corey's rib during wrestling practice, they still became brothers, roommates and Lumberjacks! And yes, he introduced the happy couple.
Matthew
Groomsman They met way back when Matthew was in youth wrestling and Corey was coaching. The brotherhood began fishing together and just never stopped. If Corey and Matthew aren't fishing, you can guarantee that they are talking about going fishing.
Ivan
Groomsman Ivan and Corey served together in The United States Marine Corps. Their brotherhood began after starting their first day off with a competition of who was faster (Ivan won). After that, they did everything together, while still making it a competition.
Josh
Groomsman Josh and Corey met in high school and quickly competed over who was the "alpha" wrestler in the room (still undecided). Even though Josh lives on the opposite side of the state, they still remain like brothers. Josh and Corey now enjoy watching and coaching his son Liam on and off the wrestling mat.
George
Groomsman George is Corey's cousin, but he is really more like a little brother to him. Another person that is guaranteed to be found fishing with Corey. Every year before Thanksgiving Dinner, they ditch the cooking and go out fishing (dressed for the weather or not!)
Abigail & Idaline
Flower Girls Ida & Abbi are Allie's nieces. She adores everything about them. Idaline has a passion for helping others and a heart of gold. She is creative and smart as a whip. Abigail is known in the family as Allie's mini-me. She is strong-willed but tender-hearted. She is the funniest kid, and can make the whole room laugh.
Desmond
Ring Bearer Dessy is Allie's favorite (and only) nephew. He is tough and rowdy. He loves anything that has to do with mud, tractors, and dinosaurs. Dessy shares a love for fishing with Corey and always asks when he can come back to Wisconsin to catch the fishes with him!
