DEPOSIT I require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE Deposit to secure the date. CHANGE OF DATE I am very flexible if we need to change the date - but please check with me FIRST! Celebrants can be booked up to 2 years ahead, therefore it's vital that you consult with me BEFORE changing the date. You must give at least TWO month's notice. In the case of a Change of date due to COVID, your deposit will hold for 12 months from your ORIGINAL wedding date, however, you must still CHECK with me FIRST about the date. Unlike others, I do not charge a fee to change the Date. COVID PLAN/AGREEMENTS Marry Me Helley has a COVID SAFE PLAN and this is sent out with every booking for information. COVID AGREEMENT All couples MUST sign a COVID Agreement that states they will abide by the relevant Government Regulations at the time of the wedding - even if the Regulations change from the date of booking me as their Celebrant, to the date of their wedding day. In particular - the agreement will highlight regulations regarding Social Distancing, Masks, Allowable Numbers and Locations of weddings.
