Stacie & Terry

We first met in August 2015 at college where we were both studying. As we started to get to know one another and spending a lot of time together, Terry asked Stacie to join him on a trip to London as friends. Gradually, we became closer friends and over the next two years, romance blossomed when Terry picked up the courage and asked Stacie to be his girlfriend. This was on a trip to Edinburgh, sitting on the grass with a piper playing music in the background. Sounds perfectly romantic, right? Unfortunately, Stacie misheard the question and Terry chickened out and changed the subject! All was not lost though, as Stacie persisted on asking Terry to repeat himself and eventually, he got the words out. Thankfully Stacie agreed to be Terry’s girlfriend and from there, our story together really started. Over the years, we have built up so many memories, moving in together, buying a house, going on holidays, and generally just living in bliss with one another. Fast forward to October 2023, when we visited the beautiful Fort William, Terry pulled another surprise by the sea and got down on one knee and proposed to Stacie. This time, there was no mishearing of any question and without any hesitation, Stacie said Yes! And so, begins our new chapter as an engaged couple looking forward to our big day that we can’t wait to celebrate with you.
