Frequently Asked Questions
We've pulled together a handy Q&A to help you get the info you need in no time—so you can focus on the fun stuff!
When do we need to RSVP by?
Please submit your RSVP before 30th August 2026
Are the wedding ceremony and the reception at the same venue?
Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue.
Are children invited to the wedding?
We're excited to celebrate our special day with all of our loved ones! To ensure everyone can relax and enjoy the festivities, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only affair. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to share this joyous occasion with you!
Getting to the venue
Unfortunately, Ubers and taxis do not go out to the venue, without being pre-booked in advance (apparently can be quite unreliable). We will be running a bus that will run from Broadbeach to the venue and back again. Alternatively you are able to drive or you can organise your own private transfer, if you would like recommendations feel free to reach out to Cam or Ryley.
I want to catch the bus what do I need to do?
The Bus will be departing from out behind the Meriton Suites (across the road from the cop shop). To ensure you have a spot on the bus please make sure you note this on your RSVP. If you decide closer to the day after RSVPing that you would like to hop on the bus we cannot guarantee that there will be a space for you but definitely worth checking in with us to see if there are spaces!
What Accommodation should I organise?
As I noted above the bus will be departing from Broadbeach so if you are wishing to catch the bus definitely try organise accommodation around this area. If you are unsure we have curated a little list of possible options that we personally like that range in pricing.
What does the semi-formal dress codes mean?
Please go have a look at both our “Dress Code” and “Dress Code Gallery” section of the website if you are unsure of what this means.
