FRIDAY
How do we get to and from the wedding?
There will be buses running return trips from 9:00–11:00pm to take you directly home.
You’ll need to make your own way to the venue - whether that’s carpooling or grabbing a ride. There is parking onsite if you plan to drive, but all vehicles must be collected by the end of the night. Any cars left will need to be picked up after 8:30am the next morning.
What time should we arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. Please aim to arrive by 3:20pm so we can start on time.
Will the ceremony be outside?
Yes! The ceremony and dance floor will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors in a heated space, and we’ll also have heaters outside to keep things cosy.
Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?
We’ll have a wonderful photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony, so we kindly ask that you stay present and keep phones away. After that, snap away - we can’t wait to see your pics!
What’s the dress code?
Black tie. Think tuxedos or dark suits with bow ties, and floor-length dresses or formal sets. (Black tie doesn't mean you have to wear black!) Don’t forget a jacket - it may get chilly at night.
SATURDAY
When?
Kicking off from 1:00pm. We'll roll in around 1:20pm, so aim to arrive before us!

Dress code?
Dressy-but-relaxed - blazers or sport coats, button-ups, party dresses or fun sets. No jeans or thongs, please.
Food & drinks?
Nibbles, canapés, and a light dinner. Beer and wine provided; BYO spirits if that’s your thing!
Getting there?
Parking is available at the house but be mindful when parking to leave space for others.
