GETTING THERE:
A Byron Bay Double Decker Bus will arrive at Byron Bay Surf Club bus stop (2/10 Bay St, Byron Bay NSW 2481) at 1.30pm to transport all guests to Fig Tree. This will depart at 1.45pm sharp so please ensure you are on time and don't miss your transfer. The same bus will return all quests to Byron later that evening when the reception ends.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive at 2pm to enjoy a drink on arrival and say hello to the groom! The ceremony commences at 2.30pm.
PARKING:
There is a carpark located on site with only 3 spots allocated to us and venders. Therefore, it is recommended to catch our nominated transport listed above.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Unfortunately our wedding is intimate and the venue has very strict numbers. Only guest names included on your invitation are allowed to attend on the day.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
This is an adult only event and no children are allowed to attend.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?
We request an unplugged ceremony so all guests are present and no one is on their phone during this time. You can leave this one to the photographers! Once the ceremony concludes, feel free to capture as much content as you desire.
WHAT TIME DOES IT END?
The reception ends at 10.00pm, with all guests departed by 10.30pm.
WHERE CAN I STAY?
Byron Bay offers a number of beautiful and scenic accomodation options. It is recommended to book accomodation and stay from Friday to Sunday to enjoy the weekend of celebrations. We will be meeting Friday afternoon at the Byron Bay Beach Hotel for some welcome drinks and dinner. On Saturday, the reception will conclude at 10:30pm in which our nominated transport will drop all guests back to the centre of Byron Bay.
SHOULD I EAT BEFOREHAND?
There will be plenty of food served regularly so we suggest eating a light lunch before attending the ceremony. Canapés will be served throughout cocktail hour from 3.30pm, followed by a variety of mains, sides and wedding cake throughout the reception.
DRINKS:
On the day, drinks are on us! There will be a range of beverages from margaritas (of course!), beers, wine, champagne and more.
