Are children invited to the wedding?
We love kids, but we've decided to make our wedding an adults-only event. We hope to give all of our guests – especially parents – the chance to relax, unwind, and enjoy a worry-free evening. We want everyone to have the opportunity to fully indulge in the festivities without any distractions. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you!
Are the wedding ceremony and the reception at the same venue?
Since we’re already legally married (yay!), there won’t be a ceremony. We’ll be hosting just the reception, a celebration of love, laughter, and good times with all of you!
Requested attire
Cocktail attire is requested. We’d love to see everyone looking their best! Kilts are more than welcome (Jess is still in awe of their beauty and can’t get enough). That said, the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and ready to dance the night away.
Do you have a registry?
We do! You can access our registry on this very website. We’ve recently moved back to Scotland with just the basics, so anything you think a newlywed couple might need would mean the world. We’re slowly building our new home and would love practical things - any of the everyday essentials that help make a house feel like home and that you can't live without. That said, your presence truly is the best gift - we’re just grateful to celebrate with you!
