Menu Choices for Day Guests
There is a choice of three menus on the day, noted below. Please choose a menu on the RSVP form. Note that you cannot mix and match between the menus - you will need to have three courses from the same menu. If you have any dietary requirements not met by these choices, we will discuss options with you.
Meat:
- Chef's Homemade Soup
- Braised Belly of Pork with Tenderstem Broccoli, Black Pudding and Shallot Mash, Caramelised Apple, and Cider Jus
- Dark Chocolate Mousse with Coffee Cream and Sable Biscuits
Vegetarian:
- Artichoke Veloute with Cheddar Cheese Croute and Sauté Wild Mushrooms
- Asparagus, Broad Bean, and Pea Risotto with Truffle Oil and Parmesan Crisp
- Dark Chocolate Mousse Coffee Cream and Sable Biscuits
Vegan:
- Sicilian Arancini with Tomato Arrabbiata Sauce
- Moroccan Spiced Stuffed Bell Peppers with Tempura Spring Onion and Burnt Onion Puree
- Pear and Chocolate Brownie Cake with Vanilla Vegan Ice Cream
Additional food will be served in the evening for both day and evening guests.
