F&Q's
We hope the below will answer some of your questions. If these don't please contract one of us so we can help you out.
Is there parking at the venue?
yes, parking is free for all wedding guests.
Are the wedding ceremony and the reception at the same venue?
Yes, both the ceremony and reception are at the same venue. This means that we can all relax and celebrate together.
Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception are both indoors. There are some lovely out door areas at the venue, so we are hoping for some lovely weather to enjoy these areas after the ceremony.
What time should we arrive at the wedding?
We ask all guests to arrive at the venue no later than 1:15pm on Saturday 15th June 2024. This is to allow plenty of time to ensure everyone is seated ready for the ceremony to start. Any guests who are late will not be permitted to enter the venue.
Are children allowed?
As much as we may love your little ones, we are keeping our special day as an adult-only occasion. Children will not be permitted in to the venue.
Can I bring a plus one?
We are limiting the number of guests due to venue size and wanting a intimate wedding with all our nearest and dearest. Only those names listed on your invitation are invited to celebrate our day.
Will there be food and drinks served?
We are providing wedding breakfast for all guests. Menu options are with your invitations. There will also be and evening buffet served and of course cake! We will be providing wine with your meal at the wedding breakfast and a drink for the toast. There is a bar on site for you to be able to purchase any additional drinks.
What should we do if we have dietary requirements?
If you have any dietary requirements or would like a non alcoholic drink for the drinks we provide please let us know when you RSPV.
Can we take photos at the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony. We want you to be a part of this once in a life time moment with us, so we asked that all phones are turned off and no pictures are taken during the ceremony.
Is there a dress code and what should I wear?
We want you to dress to impress and look and feel your best. We ask that you stay away from wearing block colours of Blush, Rose gold, Burgundy and of course White.
