Travel Recommendations
Flying to the UK from the US:
We'd recommend beginning your trip across the pond in London. The major international airports are Heathrow and Gatwick, both of which offer flights to/from most major US cities. Heathrow is directly linked to Paddington Station via the Elizabeth Line.
Traveling to The Cotswolds (Train):
Direct trains are available to both Gloucester and Stroud out of London's Paddington Station with GWR. If coming directly to Elmore Court, we recommend arriving into Gloucester Station and hiring a taxi.
UK Visas:
If you're a US or Canadian citizen, you will need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to enter the UK. ETAs can take up to three days to go through after your application is submitted, so please apply in advance. For your convenience, the link for this application is below.
If you're joining us from India, you will need to apply for a Standard Visitor visa. Please let us know if you need any additional details from us to complete your application.
Traveling to Elmore Court (Driving):
Free parking is available at the venue. Should you choose to drive to either evening's events, we ask you to ensure you have a plan for getting home safely. Cars are allowed to stay onsite overnight, but must be picked up by 10:15am on Friday, 8 May.
Traveling to Elmore Court (Cab):
Uber is not reliably available in the surrounding area, so please book your cab well in advance. The venue has recommended Andy Cars, linked below, though other car services are available in the Gloucester area.
