Ana and Sam reconnected in Marbella in June 2020, two years after finishing university, following four months of COVID lockdown. Ana was drawn to Sam’s warmth and laid-back nature, while Sam admired Ana’s passionate personality and drive to never sit still. That summer, they became inseparable. What began as weeks together turned into months, then years—spanning countries and creating unforgettable memories. They even moved in together after just three months, finding it hard to be apart. Along the way, they welcomed a beautiful dog named Rosie (or "Rosita" for some of you!) into their lives, adding even more joy to their journey. In February of last year, while skiing in the Austrian Alps, at the top of the Maria Alm mountain, Sam got down on one knee. Overcome with emotion, Ana could barely say yes through her tears!
