Please note: Offers are only sent to guests who have RSVP’d their attendance. If you haven’t RSVP’d yet, please do so as soon as possible to ensure you receive any relevant updates.

The email will include two unique links:
- One to confirm and accept on-site accommodation.
- Another to let us know if you do not require on-site accommodation.
On-Site Accommodation Details:
Arrival Date: Saturday, 10th May 2025
Departure Date: Sunday, 11th May 2025
Cost: £180 (based on two people sharing a room)
Important Information for Guests Staying On-Site:
Check-in: From 12:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Wedding Ceremony: Held in The Gold Room at 14:00 PM. Guests are kindly requested to be seated by 13:30 PM.
Breakfast: A Full English Breakfast, along with continental options, will be served at 09:00 AM the following morning in the dining room.
Check-out: By 10:00 AM on your day of departure.
Amenities, All guest bedrooms at Holmewood Hall include:
- An en suite bathroom
- Complimentary bottled water
- Bathroom towels and robes for your comfort

On-site accommodation is extremely limited as Holmewood Hall is a wedding venue, not a hotel.
