♥ Thank you ♥
We know it's a long way to come so we appreciate the opportunity to spend our special day with you in Sri Lanka! We can't wait to celebrate with you! In the meantime, please do get in touch with any questions. Thanks so much, ❤️ Amy & Jason ❤️
Getting there
The hotel is around 3-4 hours from Colombo and as such we would recommend booking a transfer with Kangaroo Cabs in advance for your drop off and pick up - make sure to pick a vehicle with enough space for passengers and luggage. Baby seats are available on request.
What should I wear?
Day 1: 🫲 Mehndi Night 🫱 (PM) (Traditional wear from any culture you feel connected to!) Bring your colours! Bring your culture! :) We want to celebrate the diversity of our group! Day 2: 🐘 Adventure Day 🗺️ (AM ->PM) (Comfortable) A day to explore Sri Lanka's cultural triangle, whether that is sunrise climb of Sigiriya rock, local boat ride or an afternoon safari, it's important to stay cool! Long sleeves and hats are recommended. Day 3: 🐉 Wedding Ceremony 🪔 (AM) (Formal Ethnic Wear) A Hindu ceremony (outdoors) with some Chinese elements. Wear traditional South Asian clothing - we'll be providing some clothes for those who want to match the wedding theme. Day 3: 🕺🏾Wedding Reception 💃🏻 (PM) (Formal: Tuxedos, Suits, Cocktail/Evening Dresses, Sarees) The big party! Bring along your fancy outfits for the wedding and party the night away... WEDDING COLOURS: Dark Green, Sage, Red and Orange are our wedding colours - these are simply suggestions if you're looking for inspiration and are by no means obligatory.
