The Venue
The venue has no onsite bar, therefore we will be providing drinks for your arrival and during the dinner service and toast. But for the remainder of the evening it will be bring your own booze. We hope this helps reduce costs for everyone and means you can bring your favourite drinks, which aren't always available at small venues.
There will be drinks coolers around the site for people to keep their drinks cool, please be respectful of others and only drink your own booze or what we've provided.

Dress Code
We're trying to embrace a festival theme to our wedding and with a fantastic venue with lots of outside space which we'll be looking to utilise.
You will need to walk on grass around the side of the lake to the Cermony, so you may want to base your footwear on this, the venue have specifically asked for no stilettos to be worn in the main Tipi as they do not want the wooden floor damaged.
We will be changing into a more relaxed festival vibe outfit in the evening, so you are all welcome to join us in this.
Children
We hope you will understand our decision to make our wedding largely child-free, apart from our nieces, nephews and god sons. We appreciate that our wedding is midweek and during term time, but hopefully this is a good opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style!
If this causes you any major issues, please just give one of us a call and we can look at accomodating some additional children if this means you can enjoy the day with us.
Accommodation Information
As we're going with a festival theme to our wedding, guests will be able to camp on site or bring a camper van for free.
The 12 onsite pre-pitched Bell Tents have been reserved for close family/freinds, but if any become available we will let you know.
There is no electric hook ups for camping, camper vans or in the Bell Tents, but there is a shower block with 3 showers and a separate getting ready room with mirrors and eletric points for hair dryers, straighteners etc.
We have to vacate the site at midday on Thursday 19th September.
