Time for the wedding of a lifetime! 🎉💍 Hey you lovely lot, You’re one of our nearest and dearest, and we would LOVE to celebrate our wedding weekend with you! This is your go-to guide for a weekend of festival vibes, fun, and celebrations! A Little Heads-Up… 🚨 The Woodward Wedding is an adults-only event – so get ready to let your hair down, no bedtime routines required! A Weekend-Long Celebration! 🎉 We’re so lucky to have so many amazing people in our lives, and we want to celebrate with every single one of you across the whole weekend! That said, due to venue restrictions, we can only have 80 guests at the registry office and wedding breakfast on Saturday daytime. But don’t worry – we still want everyone to be part of the full weekend of fun! Whether you’re with us for the ceremony & wedding breakfast or joining us for the evening party, we’d love for you to stay from Friday to Sunday and make it a proper celebration together. Friday night, we’re kicking things off with a welcome BBQ, Saturday will be filled with wedding magic, and Sunday is all about a chilled breakfast, recovery, and good times before we wrap up. We can’t wait to spend this unforgettable weekend with you! ❤️ Staying the Whole Weekend? If you fancy sticking around all weekend, our glamping company is offering 3-night stays. Sunday will be a super chilled day—nothing formal planned, just a late breakfast (because, let’s be honest, we’re all gonna need it 🥴). Stick around, help us pack up, and maybe even join us for a cheeky takeaway in the evening! Want to glamp for the whole weekend? Absolutely YES! Even if you're only coming for the evening reception, you’re still welcome to join us for the full weekend experience! There’s plenty to explore in the local area on Saturday if you’re not with us for the earlier festivities. Arriving Friday? We’re kicking things off with a welcome BBQ to get the weekend started right! 🍔🔥 We totally appreciate this was a tricky decision to make, but we hope you understand—and we are SO ridiculously excited to celebrate with each and every one of you! Oliver
Ollie one half of the best man duo has grown up alongside Ash since the age of 2. He’ll be sure to delight the wedding party with stories of Ash from years gone by…many of which may make Ash cry
Phil
Phil is the other half of the best man duo and Ashley’s “edge to the core”. Bringing the flavour of fun and debauchery, we apologise in advance for any speeches”
Ryan
Ryan is Tom's brother & best man. Unfortunately for Ryan, he isn't the best looking between the both of us, Tom wins that contest hands down! Tom couldn't get married without Ryan being by his side and keeping him calm throughout the big day!
Amy
Amy is the other half of Tom (Sorry Ash) the iconic due are inseparable and if Tom thinks something, Amy has the same opinion - could never fall out with themselves as they're the same person. Tom met Amy at Boots back in 2016 and have been best friends since then.
Demi
Demi & Tom met at Sports Direct but went to school together. Demi has a heart of gold and has been a massive support to Tom over many many years. Demi & Tom like the finer things in life and compliment each other like fine Wine & Cheese.
Adriana
Adriana (Adi) well ..... if Tom's in a mood Adi's in a mood. Best Friends & work colleagues what better due do both and still are friends? Also met at Sports Direct. Tom, Demi & Adi spent many many years together growing up, partying, shopping & much more!
Frances
Fran cooked the most delicious roast dinner for a double date night, which Tom still talks about! (and is still waiting for another one) They share a love for road trips, singing together, and a deep appreciation for Jo Malone. Both enjoy the finer things in life—because who doesn't, right?
Our Wishing Well
As we have lived together for 5+ years we don't really need anything new. Instead of getting us a small wedding gift, donations for our honeymoon fund will be pure bliss.

We have thought about some of the questions you may have and hopefully we have answered them below?
Is there a bar for Alcoholic Drinks?
We will be providing some drinks for the tables and the toasts however because we are in a field we would like everyone to bring there own drinks. We think the weekend should be a celebration and shouldn't cost a fortune at the bar.
What about Soft drinks?
We will be putting soft drinks, tea and coffee in the Bar tent. However if you want to bring your own feel free.
Are there Showers ?
Showers We will be providing 2 shower blocks in the camping area for all guests that want to stay on site with us.
Are there Toilets?
We will be providing 2 toilet blocks on site provided by Luxury Loos, one in the camping area and one in the main event field.
What about the weather ?
We all hope the weather will be nice, regardless we will push on. So make sure you have your wellie bobs to go with your suit or gown.
How to Find Us
Being a field, the postcode isn't the most helpful. There will be some signs from the main road but to get there easily we suggest you use what 3 words to bring you straight to the front gate.
