Pre-reception cocktails & canapés will be held on the Piccadilly Lawn at Mount Lofty House. Please feel free to make your way there after the ceremony to explore the grounds and relax in the hotel bar beforehand.

Reception
Reception will be held in the Piccadilly Panorama at Mount Lofty House. A three course sit down dinner will be served. Lots of dancing to end the night.

This boutique hotel is where the reception will take place. Originally built in 1852, with gorgeous views of the Piccadilly Valley. Mount Loft House is in close proximity to the Mount Lofty Botanic Gardens (where you may even spot free roaming kangaroos) and the South Eastern Freeway, providing easy access to the city and surrounds.

Staying in the City
Staying in the city of Adelaide puts you at a 10 minute drive from St Peter's Cathedral and a 35 minute drive from Mount Lofty House. The Sofitel, InterContinental, Mayfair Hotel, Eos by SkyCity, Soho Hotel and Hotel Indigo some of the many hotels based centrally. There are also lots of Airbnb options and self-serviced apartments within the city.

What should I wear?
Formal attire.
What will the weather be like?
Early spring in Adelaide is generally mild, with temperatures during the day reaching up to around 16-18 degrees, whilst cooling down in the evening to around 8-10 degrees. We recommend having an extra layer for the pre-reception cocktails and canapés.
Are children able to attend?
The ceremony & reception will accomodate children of immediate family members, which will be addressed on the invitation.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The wedding ceremony and reception are both indoors, however the pre-reception cocktails & canapés will be outside.
Where should I park?
There is street parking available close by to the Cathedral and on site at Mount Lofty House.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
We would love for you to take as many photos as you like throughout the day, we just ask for no phone photography during the ceremony.
