We are so excited to get to bring all of our family and friends together to help us celebrate our wedding! This page should hopefully answer any questions you have about the plan for the weekend, allow you to RSVP and give you access to our gift registry - though the best gifts you could give us would be your attendance and your enthusiasm on the dance floor!

Gift Registry
The best gifts you could possibly give us would be your attendance on the day and your enthusiasm on the dance floor! However, if you would like to give us a gift, we have complied a small list of things that would help us make our house a home
Accommodation
We have a small amount of accommodation available onsite for the bridal party and close family, particularly those travelling from afar. Any guests included in this will already have been contacted and should see the section titled ‘On Site Accommodation’ at the bottom of this page. For all other guests we have included an guide below with local accommodation recommendations around Crail itself or guests may find a larger selection of hotels in Dundee which is only a 30 minute drive from the venue.
FAQ’s
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space, we will only be able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Are children invited?
As much as we love your children, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults only affair. For this reason we are unable to accommodate children and kindly request that they are not in attendance
When do I need to RSVP by?
We ask that all guests RSVP no later than the 30th April 2025
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes there is a large car park at the venue
Who can attend the extra events listed on the schedule ie. the dinner on Friday evening, boys breakfast and Sunday brunch?
Anyone! Though the boys breakfast is aimed more at the male guests to keep them busy while the girls get ready all of these events are open to all of our guests to attend no matter where they are staying. We’ve included an option to RSVP to these events within the main RSVP form but this is just to give us a rough idea of numbers
Will their be any transport to and from Helensburgh on the day of the wedding?
If you would like to be involved in group travel arrangements to and from Helensburgh on the Saturday please indicate this on your RSVP form or contact Nicola Cullen (the mother of the groom) at 07359009036
Why can’t I see anything on the schedule?
Once you have RSVP’d to the event the website will generate the schedule based off the events your party are attending. If you’ve logged on on a different device you may need to click the RSVP button again and re-enter your name so it knows what events to display for you
On Site Accommodation
We are so excited that our venue allows us to have a number friends and family staying on site with us for the weekend of our wedding.
To keep everything easy and fair we have split the accommodation cost evenly to create a per person price of £215 (£430 per couple) for the entire weekend (check in 4pm Friday, check out 10am Monday).
We ask that you include your name as a reference and that all payments are made by 30th May.
The venue requires a 3 night minimum stay for all accommodation though we appreciate not everyone will choose to stay until the Monday morning.
