What's the plan for gifts?
We really do not expect anything, we initially didn't want a big wedding but when we sat down and thought about all the people we wanted to celebrate with... that included you and we are genuinely just happy to have you there. If you feel like you would like to gift something, an option is to make a donation to a charity that has been pretty key to us getting here and finding each other... Thames Valley Air Ambulance who were there for Olly when needed (copy link into web browser): https://www.justgiving.com/page/ollyandrachelwedding?utm_medium=FR&utm_source=CL You can also go to the Just Giving website, click on 'Donate to a Cause' and type in 'Olly & Rachel's Wedding'. Or write a cheque payable to Thames Valley Air Ambulance. If you would like to give us a traditional gift, then something that makes you think of us, or contributions to our honeymoon or us building our home together would be lovely.
What if we're not well on the day?
If you're unwell in the run-up to the wedding or on the day. we'd really appreciate you letting us know. That way we can look at ways to help you celebrate with us while also keeping in mind the needs of guests who may be more vulnerable.
Are the venues accessible and do they involve a lot of walking?
The venues are easy access and don't involve a lot of walking or steps. The car park at Sudbury House is on a hill which is a little steep, but there is a drop off area at the front of the hotel on the flat that can be used for drop off and pick up and then cars parked.
