How we got here 🗺️
Some love stories start with fireworks. Ours started with… a Facebook logo. We went to schools near each other but never properly crossed paths. Years ago, Richie messaged Olivia about creating a logo for her old photography page - she said yes, he delivered (graphic design king), and we went back to living separate lives. Every so often, we’d message each other, but nothing really happened… until one day, we started chatting and just never stopped. Here’s the weird part: Olivia spent lots of time as a kid at her best friend’s auntie’s house - a house literally next door to where Richie grew up. We have no memory of meeting as kids, but it feels almost certain that we were in the same place at the same time. Some people call it a coincidence. We call it invisible string theory - the idea that the people you’re meant to meet are already connected to you in some way, even before you realise it. Our first date? Awkward, obviously. We’d never met before and ended up at a Mexican restaurant in town. Olivia, in a moment of panic, ordered something with black beans (she hates black beans). A disaster? Maybe. But clearly something clicked. There’s no single moment that made us know this was it. It was the way we grew together. How we became best friends. How we always make each other laugh. How easy everything feels when we’re around each other. On 17th March 2023, at the top of the Rockefeller Center in New York, Richie got down on one knee (nervous energy and all). Olivia definitely had a suspicion (he’d been acting weird all day.) Now here we are: many years, adventures, inside jokes, and dodgy food orders later - getting married and so excited to celebrate with the people we love most.

Where’s the wedding happening?
We’re getting married at Liopetro Venue in Cyprus - it’s beautiful, rustic, and totally us.
Which airport should I fly into?
Paphos (PFO) is the closest and easiest - it’s a short drive from most hotels and the venue.
Where should I stay?
There are loads of great places to stay nearby, from hotels to villas. We will be staying at the Constantinou Bros Athena Beach Hotel, if you'd like to stay in the same hotel as us. Use code 145WEDDINGS on their website for a discount.

Of course! We’ll be sorting group transport to and from the venue on the day so you don’t need to worry about taxis or driving. Details will follow soon.
Will it be hot?
Yep, it’s Cyprus in the summer - expect sunshine! Pack your SPF, sunglasses and something comfy for dancing later.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unless your invitation specifically names a guest, we’re keeping things intimate and would love for you to come solo. You’ll be surrounded by lovely people, we promise 🫶
Are children invited?
Only the children listed on your invitation are invited. We wish we could include everyone, but we’re keeping things small and hope you understand. It’s the perfect excuse for a grown-up getaway!
Do you have a gift list?
Nope, we honestly don’t need anything. We know coming to Cyprus isn’t cheap, and your presence means the world to us. Please don’t worry about gifts ❤️
Are there any other plans while we’re in Cyprus?
Yes! We’re planning a few (optional) activities so we can spend more time with everyone. More info coming soon - we’d love to have you there.
