Are children invited to the wedding?
We are sorry but we are sadly not able to accommodate all children due to strict limitations on child numbers set by the venue.
If you are unable to attend without your children then please do get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For all others we would kindly request that where practical it is an adults only event.
When do we need to RSVP by?
Please submit your RSVP as soon as possible to help us plan (but at the latest by 5th September 2026).
Are the wedding ceremony and the reception at the same venue?
No, the ceremony will be held at The Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Nether Stowey (Stowey Court Cottages, Nether Stowey, TA5 1LL) and the reception will take place at Quantock Lakes Wedding Venue (Inwood Farm, Nether Stowey, TA5 1HY) - two minutes drive away.
Is there car parking available?
There is limited car parking available at The Blessed Mary Virgin Church, with a further car park just across the road at St Mary's Church Centre. There is also however ample free car parking available at Quantock Lakes, so you may wish to park there and car share over to the Church.
What is the dress code?
We have no specific dress code for the wedding, so please just wear whatever you feel comfortable (and able to dance the night away) in!
What time does the event end?
The Evening Reception in the Quantock Barn will end at midnight, however if you wish to continue the party then please feel free to join anyone still standing in The Granary (on site accommodation). For more detailed timings please see the Schedule section.
Will food be served?
Food will be available at certain points throughout the day - please see the Schedule for further information on timings.
Are you able to cater for dietary restrictions?
Yes, we will be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions as long as we are informed in advance so please contact us (or let us know via the questions tab) with plenty of notice if you need to let us know of any restrictions!
Will there be a bar?
Yes, the bar in the Quantock Barn will be open from the point of our arrival back from the Church (approximately 14:15-14:30) and this will remain open until midnight. If you plan on joining us in The Granary for the After Party you may wish to BYOB (please note however that this can only be consumed in the accommodation/self catering areas and not in the Wedding Venue itself).
What do we need to bring?
If you have been allocated on site accommodation (or are planning on making it to the After Party!), please be aware that there is an indoor pool and several hot tubs so you might wish to come prepared!
