Our Love Story
Tom & Louise met in July of 2023. After Louise saw him come up with mutual friends on facebook and saw his little blue dog Texas in the photo and said aww cute!
Tom and Louise spent hours on the phone talking about nothing in particular but it felt like everything…. He decided to take a massive leap and ask her on a date to the Hunter Valley!
They knew that they had found their missing pieces and this was what they wanted to call forever.
We met 7th July 2023
She said yes 3rd July 2024
I do’s 8th November 2025
Wedding Party & Those important people
Meet our lovely family and friends who will by the side of the bride and groom on the big day.
Jack Pixley & Kaylah Stack
Best Man - Jack and Tom have had a close relationship since Jack moved to Narrabri several years ago, bonded strongly through Jack’s love for pouring beer and Tom’s love for drinking beer and Jack’s love for drinking beer also.
Maid of Honour - Kaylah is Louise’s first born daughter. She is very much like her mother and when she stands up to make her speech you could close your eyes and not know which one was talking
Ralf Cameron & Leanne Valentini
Groomsmen - Ralf and Tom became friends some years ago through Matt when they lived together. Matt was the responsible one that took his responsibilities seriously and left Ralf and Tom to their adventures. Later be christened “The Idiot Twins”
Bridesmaid - Leanne and Louise are sisters, not many of you are aware of this. These two have reconnected after several years and Louise was lucky to have the opportunity to have Leanne stand with her and her niece for today.
Matt Cameron & Jenni Cameron
Groomsman & Bridesmaid - Matt & Tom are cousins, partners in crime, best mates. Jenni is bonus family we love. Our wedding was originally meant to be in October but Jenni let us know there was another wedding and Tom wasn’t doing this without Matt by his side. We have also discovered Louise & Jenni grew up in the same suburb on the central coast during their teenage years.
Todd Richardson & Sara Cameron
Groomsman - Richo and Tom met years ago through Ralf and developed a friendship whilst helping each other fix their respective broken machinery.
Bridesmaid - Sara is wifey to Ralf, she our little Scottish Aussie we have all come to love since arriving here. Take your hats off to her she lived with these boys and now has to deal with Ralf alone.
Mitchell Smith & Kelly Clancy
Groomsman - Itchy and Tom first met when Wayne Bell took Tom to a party at Itchy’s house where he was drinking Tequila and tried to fight Tom, later down the track he saved Tom from a fight at the Pastoral Hotel. The rest is history.
Bridesmaid - Kelly & Louise have been friends for 30 years this year. Inseparable since Louise moved to the central coast at the age of 8. There was nothing we wouldn’t aim to do together from clogging up the phone line, sleepovers every week to school suspensions and more that can’t be shared lol. But it’s a true statement of Best Friends.
Rohan Pixley & Diane Browning
- Rohan is the father of the best man Jack, he and Tom have a tight bond over the years as he treats him better than Jack, he immediately took to Louise and the pair grew a close relationship keeping better contact than the boys. As Louise’s father is no longer with us, it was our absolute privilege for Rohan to step up and take on the roll to walk the bride down the aisle.
Celebrant - Diane and her beloved husband Neil have been a part of Tom’s life for many years. We chose Diane to be our celebrant as we felt she is the perfect person to bring us together as husband and wife.

Gift Registry
Should you wish to honour us with a gift, we have set up a gift registry for your convenience. It allows you to contribute in a way you know will truly make our journey together special. There is no set amount for anyone to contribute. There are some items from our honeymoon to items for our future home together we would love to have. You will find the link below x
Children
As much as we love children we are asking that we have no children attend the wedding. The exception has been made for our Page Boy to be in attendance.
We have asked you all to join us so that you can enjoy the day and be yourselves not mum and dad.
FAQ’s
When do we need to RSVP by?
14th April 2025 is our cut off date so we can finalise catering options and seating arrangements.
A reminder will be sent. If by the 14th April 2025 you have not RSVP we understand you wont be attending. If you were given a plus 1 if after that date you decide to bring someone we wont be able to change this.
If you arrive on the day with no RSVP we wont be able to seat or feed you as staffing for the venue is covered by the amount of guest.
Are the Ceremony & Reception at the same Venue?
Yes it is. We are having everything within the same venue. This will allow us and our guest to not have to travel between venues. You will find Adam’s Peak Country Estate - 66 Adams Peak Rd Broke NSW
Drinks Packages
two options -
1. $90 per person 7 hours of alcohol supplied to a person within reason staff still RSA to adhere to.
So we have done a lot of back and forth with drinks and the venue to have a larger selection of Drinks for your $90 Per Person. The other issue becomes everyone wanting to drink needs to purchase a package. The venue won’t have guests wanting to pay on the day until there is nothing left of what we have supplied
Few things - this is not our rules either but I can see the logic.
No Spirits will be served until the reception. Venue reason “ guests go hard at the spirits and being in high heat.
Those not drinking there will be a list at the bar if you go to the bar at canapés the staff will supply you with a wrist band also.
If we run out of the stock we have provided the venue we will inform you all. This will require anyone wanting further spirits will be required to purchase it.
We hope this gives you all a large variety
Payment details will be sent out with the 6 week RSVP reminder.
Your drinks package starts at the end of the ceremony approx 4pm and concludes 30 min prior to the event finishing around 10:30pm
Option 2 - If you chose to buy on the day please ensure you have cash and card available in the event there is issues with eftpos on the day.
If there isn’t something on this list and you see it at the bar you will be required to purchase this.
If you are the sober driver for the evening soft drinks, tea, coffee will be available at no cost.
Bridesmaids & Groomsmen - your drinks (what’s listed in the package above) are covered as a thank you from us also.
Ceremony Location
Our Plan is to have an outdoor ceremony at this stage. We have an alternative Plan B at the same venue if we are struck with weather issues.
What time to arrive to the ceremony
We would ask that you arrive 30min prior to the commencement of the ceremony.
Accomodation for the weekend
You will find a link for this on the website. Our venue works closely with the accomodations to inform them that there is a wedding planned so they can do the best to accomodate you close by to the venue
Are children allowed?
We have asked for a child free wedding so that you can enjoy the day with us. We love all your children and understand some of you may struggle with having someone mind them during this time. There is a link provided for babysitting services within the hunter valley that can stay with your children at your chosen accomodation if required.

Dress Code
We understand that dress codes sound so formal within a wedding. We are wanting guests to feel comfortable but also look the part to have photos and videos of you all having a great day. Below is an explanation of what we would love to see so we can have some stunning pictures with our guests
Semi-Formal, Dressy Casual, or Cocktail Wedding Guest Attire
All of these terms mean essentially the same thing. Ties are optional, but guys do need to wear a suit or sport coat. Leather dress shoes or dressy loafers are fine. For the women, formal pantsuits or cocktail dresses are great.
Keep in mind that early November the nights can still be cool so having a coat or cardigan for if you get cool.

Can we take photos at the ceremony?
We would like an unplugged ceremony. We have put a lot of effort into finding photographers and videographers for the day. We will certainly share all of the photos we have taken on the day. But with our first photos of being Husband & Wife we would love to see no phones in our pictures.
Can we post photos to social media?
After the “unplugged ceremony” there will be a QR code at cocktail hour. Please scan this code. It will give you TEN photos to take which will be uploaded to a shared album by all of our guest. The photos everyone took will be available for you to use later on. After the wedding day we are more than happy for you to post any photos you took with the shared photo album and or your own phones picture gallery to social media after we have shared our sneak peak the day after the wedding.
Life and things happen
We know life can be very unpredictable and things can change. If in the event we are past the RSVP date and you are no longer able to attend please contact Louise on 0418603591 or lc@camerondrilling.com.au prior to the day.
If on the day some sort of emergency has occurred please contact Louise on the above phone number so she is aware you are unable to make it. She will inform her wedding planner of any changes
Wedding Colours
I hadn’t thought of this until the “save the dates” were sent and I was asked our colour scheme. I hadn’t thought about guests arriving in the same colours.
Louise - Ivory
Tom - Cream trousers, White shirt, Ivory tie & Navy Blazer
Bridesmaids - Steel Blue /Neptune https://www.azazie.com/au/products/azazie-brooke-neptune-a-line-one-shoulder-chiffon-floor-length-bridesmaid-dress/21013547
Groomsmen - same colours as Tom but tie will match the bridesmaids.
Pick a seat not a side
We are asking you all to come together to celebrate with us. So at the ceremony please leave the front row for parents, grandparents
The reception - Please see the seating chart upon entering the reception
Our Wedding Planner Seanna will be there ensuring things run smoothly so we all can enjoy the day.
Venue Rules
We have attached the rules of the venue in relation to parking, what to expect and certain things that can have our wedding day shut down immediately.
Parking
Cars must be parked in the designated parking areas and not on the grassed areas. If you're guests choose to leave their cars in the carpark overnight, they must be collected before you checkout which is 11am.
Drugs
The Adams Peak Wedding Coordinator will have the option to refuse service to a guest if they believe that they are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
We have a zero tolerance towards the use of Illegal Drugs. Anyone believed to be under the influence of an illegal substance will be required to leave the premises immediately. Any disturbance in this matter will result in the event and venue being shut down immediately, and all guests being asked to leave the property. Any dangerous or malicious activity will result in the police being called. In the event this happens the person caught we wont be happy with and you will be liable to cover the costs of us loosing our wedding day that we have spent time planning and paying for, the rough estimate to the individual or group will be liable for $75,000 if we are shut down via the venue.
Our priority is safety first and foremost, for all our patrons and staff on the Adams Peak property. We understand you cannot control your guests, however we suggest you speak to them and let them know of the expected behaviour.
Unfortunately, we have had a situation at our property in the past that has involved drugs and significant damage to our guest house property and furnishings.
Security Camera
Please be aware, our property has 24 hour surveillance cameras installed. This is for the safety of our guests and staff, and to ensure our property is protected.
Venue Curfew
Your booked venue has a curfew of 11pm. Last drinks will be called half an hour before the function end. All music must be off/quiet by designated time and guests who are not booked into APCE accommodation must leave the property by no later than 11.30pm.
The Highland Cows
As you may be aware, we have some very special "pets" on the property. They are Highland Cows (Dixie, Dolly, Daphne, Dutton and Gladys). Many couples like to have them in the background of their photos. They are very placid animals, but please remember, like all animals, they can be unpredictable. As they are such large animals, if they are spooked or harassed, they may react. Please feel free to visit the cows at the fence line, however, please do not enter the paddock without an AP Staff Member. Children MUST be supervised at all times near the cattle.
Noise
APCE reserves the right to control the volume of any music on the property. Holding Parties, BBQs or any type of Function (that are not prearranged and authorised by Adams Peak Country Estate) is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised additional guests/visitors are not allowed onto the property and may cancel your booking and forfeit your security deposit.
Even though we are on a large property, noise travels easily. Guests and visitors must not create noise which is offensive to neighbouring properties, especially between midnight - 7am. Please show respect.
Smoking
All buildings on the property are strictly a non-smoking environment. If you or your guests smoke in the accommodation, you will be charged for steam cleaning floors, curtains and soft furnishings.
There is a designated smoking section opposite The Barn and “Butt Buckets” are supplied for the use of smokers outside of these areas. Please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground. An additional cleaning charge will be incurred if excess cigarette butts are found.
Fireworks
We no longer allow fireworks on the property.
Any illegal / unauthorised fireworks will mean forfeiting your bond of $1000, and that money will be donated to the Broke Fire Brigade.
