We kindly ask that you RSVP by 31st December 2025 using the link below. A Note on Little Ones The wedding reception will be an adults only celebration, however children are welcome at the ceremony. Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue. We will be arranging a trusted local nanny service to care for the children onsite for the day. Your RSVP for your child will mean they’ll be included in the Nanny service during the reception unless you advise us otherwise. That way, you can relax, enjoy the evening, and dance the night away. After you RSVP, you’ll get a confirmation email and we’ll keep you updated along the way. Be sure to check your spam folder, just in case our emails land there.
Dress Code
Tropical elegance – relaxed but polished. Sophisticated yet comfortable; light fabrics and polished details with a touch of island charm. Think flowy dresses or dressy sandals for women and linen shirts, tailored trousers or shorts, and loafers for men (jackets optional). Avoid beachwear, but embrace a relaxed, elevated style for warm weather and a special celebration.
Visa | Travel Tips
BEFORE YOU TRAVEL * Please check your passport has at least 6 months validity from your travel dates or you will not be able to board the plane. * We recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to travel. HEALTH PASS All passengers travelling from abroad are required to fill in this health pass. You can only complete this form from 72 hours prior to departure. You will need to screenshot or print out the QR code once completed. * Link below CUSTOMS DECLARATION FORM All passengers travelling into Indonesia are required to fill out this form. * Link below VISA Most visitors will need a Visa on Arrival (VOA) which costs approx. AUD $50 (paid on arrival at Bali airport). You can also apply online in advance. You can check out the latest updates on the Smartraveller website. https://www.smartraveller.gov.au/ ABOUT BALI Airport - The main international airport is Ngurah Rai (Denpasar). Nusa Dua is approx. 30 minutes from the airport, and Ubud is approx. 1.5 hours (a bit longer due to traffic) Transport - We recommend organising a driver or transfer – through your villa or hotel. Taxis and Grab/Gojek apps also available. Traffic in Bali can be hectic, so allow for travel time between the airport and Nusa Dua and Ubud. *Download the GOJEK app before leaving for Indonesia as the app sends a code to your Australian number, which may be difficult to access over there. GOJEK is like Uber and Uber Eats, it can be used for transport (taxis or scooter) and food delivery. It’s so convenient, especially when staying in a villa or air bnb. Currency - Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ATMs are common, and cards are widely accepted, but cash is handy for smaller shops/warungs. Weather - July is dry season, which means sunny and warm during the day, cooler in the evenings. Health - We recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to travel. Pack mosquito repellent and sunscreen. For hire - You can hire baby items such as prams and safety items such as pool fences for your villa. *Link below Drinking water - Please avoid drinking tap water and pool water. Bottled water is recommended, even when brushing your teeth! Here are the LINKS for easy access.
Wedding Party
A snapshot of the amazing wedding party who will be calming the nerves of the bride and groom on their special day!
Matt
Jayde's BEST MAN. A fellow flight attendant, they first met in a work interview and have been besties ever since. They share a close bond over their love of wine, pizza and Disney movies
Jade
Jayde's MAID OF HONOUR, they have been in each other's lives since childhood. Cousins through marriage, friends always and sisters forever.
Renee
Jayde met Renee through work where they bonded on their overnight stay on the Gold Coast. They knew there and then they would be friends for a lifetime.
Mel
Jayde and Mel have been friends since high school. Their adventures together have been endless. Mel is known to be Jayde's go to decision maker!
Quinton
It feels like a lifetime ago that Jayde was working in the make up industry; where she connected with Quinton on his first day of work. Jayde has adored him ever since! Quinny, alongside Colin, has the great honour of walking Jayde down the aisle.
Allister
Paddy's BEST MAN. Friends going on 32 years; Paddy's still not quite sure if his parents actually like him.
Dean
Friends with Paddy since high school, the most experienced choice of groomsman. He is also the only other Hamilton boy left in WA.
Ollie
Most french people are apparently assholes, Ollie must be the exception. They met some time in the hazy mess that was Johns Court days and have been close ever since.
Martin
Moving to Perth at the same time from opposite sides of the world, Paddy and Martin have been friends since he moved in next door and stole Paddy's wifi.
Colin
Jayde's step father and proud Poppy to the two rascals. Colin, alongside Quinny, has the great honour of walking Jayde down the aisle.

Two beautiful bali locations
Our celebrations will be spread across two stunning Bali locations: Nusa Dua - for the welcome drinks. Think beachside vibes. Just a short drive from the airport. Ubud next we will head inland to the lush jungles and rice paddys of Ubud for the wedding day itself and our relaxed post-wedding BBQ. Ubud is about 35km from Denpasar, but Bali traffic can be slow – allow around 2 hours in a taxi. The good news? Taxis are very affordable (roughly AUD $50 for the trip)
Your passport

Yes – refer to Visa and Travel Tips above. Visa – Approximately $50. You can pay on arrival or apply online in advance. Health Pass – Must be completed within 72 hours before departure (see links above). Customs Declaration Form – Required before departure (see links above).
