The Day

Ceremony
Please arrive by 2:30 pm to allow time to be seated for our 3:00 pm ceremony.
The ceremony will take place on the Eastern Lawn at Jimbour House.
Attire: Black Tie
4:00pm
Garden Party
Join us for a garden party on the lawns of Jimbour House, where cold beverages and canapés will be served as we relax, mingle, and celebrate together.
6:00pm
Reception
As the evening begins, it’s time to really celebrate. Head to the reception for dinner, dancing, and a night full of laughter, music, and memories.
Transport
For guests travelling from Dalby to Jimbour House, a courtesy bus will be provided:
- Depart Dalby: 2:00 pm
- Return from Jimbour House: 9:30 pm and 11:00 pm
There will be two pick-up locations. Pick-up locations will be confirmed closer to the date.
If you would like to use the bus, please include your mobile number and accommodation details when you RSVP so we can finalise arrangements.

Yes, the ceremony, garden party and reception are outdoors (weather permitting).

How do I get to Jimbour House from Dalby?
Jimbour House is about a 30 minute drive from Dalby. We recommend using Google Maps and searching “Jimbour House” for the best directions.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate guests named on the invitation.
Are children welcome?
While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make both our ceremony and reception a child-free celebration. Thank you for making arrangements so you can celebrate with us.
Babies in arms are very welcome.
Is there anything planned for the day after?
To continue the celebrations, our families would love for you to join us for a relaxed get-together on Sunday, 27 September, from 10:30 am at Urban Paddock Cafe.
A Note on Gifts
Your presence truly means the world to us. As we already share a home and family, we don’t require traditional gifts. If you would like to give, a contribution to our wishing well would be warmly appreciated.
